Querim Beach, also known as Keri Beach or Kerim Beach, is a quiet beach located north to the Arambol beach. A beautiful view of Querim beach from the Tirekhol fort. To add some culture to your trip, visit an ancient temple, old fort and historic Goan houses near the beach area.
Mandrem Beach
Mandrem Beach is located in the northern part of Goa. It is among the most beautiful beaches of the country. One can see the natural beauty at Mandrem beach. Accommodations, beach huts, small guest houses and some resorts are available for visitors. It is a perfect place to do yoga, meditation, ayurveda massage and alternative therapie. This beach is surrounded by palm trees and little garden. The tourist season runs from end – September until end of March.
Arambol Beach
Arambol Beach, also known as Harmal Beach, is one of the most famous in northern Goa beaches. This beach is located south to the Mandrem village, which is also on the same coastline with this famous resort. The beach also hosts night parties, rich music scene and is dubbed to be the capital of hippie culture in Goa. This beach attracts lots of tourists from all over the world, mainly during the winter season.
Chapora Beach
Chapora beach has become the famous tourist spot in North Goa. This beach is a white sandy beach and has number of palms along its stretch. It is perfect place for Swimming, Fishing, Water Sports , Sun Bathe and Night Life activities. It is an excellent place to view the colorful sunrise and sunset.
Morjim Beach
Morjim Beach, also called as the Turtle beach, is located in Northern Goa. This beach is famous for endangered Olive Ridley turtles which nest along the beach area. This beach is also famous for kite surfing as it shallow depth and provides perfect conditions for this.
There are many other beaches in this buzzing city of Goa such as Baga beach, Vagator beach, Calangute beach, Anjuna beach, candolin beach and many more.
